My name is Philip and I’m the founder of Happy Hounds Walking Co.

 

I started this business in early 2023 with a simple goal in mind: to provide dogs with the kind of walks they deserve.

 

I love taking dogs on exciting walks in varied and interesting locations, around Marple and surrounding areas, ensuring they get the right amount of exercise, socialisation and fun.

 

Dogs have always been a big part of my life. From a young age, I’ve been surrounded by these wonderful animals, and over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of owning and caring for a variety of breeds, including Golden Retrievers, Labradors, Cocker Spaniels and Cockapoos.

 

My current canine companion is Fudge, a lively 3-year-old Cockapoo who keeps me on my toes and reminds me every day why I love what I do.

While I have a soft spot for Cockapoos, I adore all dog breeds. Whether it’s a miniature Dachshund or a Greyhound, an American Bulldog or a Shih Tzu, I’m experienced in walking and caring for dogs of all shapes, sizes and temperaments.

Professionalism and reliability are at the core of everything I do. I understand how important your dog is to you, and I’m committed to providing the highest level of care. I’m approachable and always happy to communicate openly with my clients, ensuring you’re informed and confident that your dog is in safe hands.

For added peace of mind, I am trained in canine first aid and CPR, have professional liability insurance, and am DBS checked. Your dog’s safety and well-being are my top priorities, and you can trust that they are in capable and caring hands.
